Ronnie Williams spent years establishing himself as a trusted member of the New Castle community.
He volunteered in local schools, went to fundraising walks and helped organize a fall festival for Delaware’s Special Olympics. He befriended low-income single mothers, giving gifts to their kids and, in some cases, taking over guardianship. He even earned a spot on Colonial School District’s Board of Education in early 2018.
