RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Virginia Department of Transportation has closed all northbound lanes on Interstate 95 at mile marker 79 due to icy conditions.
Virginia State Police is helping VDOT direct traffic and assist with the slow roll that has been put in place as of 6:20 p.m.
Drivers traveling in the area are asked to take alternate routes and expect delays. For more information, visit here.
