RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 95 South caused backups in Richmond Friday night.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the crash took place at mile marker 76.2, just after the Chamberlayne Avenue interchange. The southbound left and center lanes were both closed.
