PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WRIC) — Virginia State Police is asking the public’s help to find a missing 68-year-old Portsmouth man.
According to police, Ross Richardson is a bald Black man that stands at 6 feet and 1 inch tall, with brown eyes.
He was last seen on Saturday, March 23 in the 1500 block of Crystal Lake Drive in Portsmouth.
Police say his disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety.
