CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The Chesterfield County Police Department is investigating a shooting that resulted in a man being hurt in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Investigators say police were told about the shooting at the Falling Creek Apartments around 1 a.m. on March 16.
Witnesses said the victim was sitting in a vehicle when another man walked up and started shooting. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male with a thin build. Witnesses said he was wearing a black mask…black hoodie and dark pants.
