How much snow in Delaware? Track snowfall and weather forecasts


Mother Nature is sparing no time in bringing the first snow of 2022, as snowfall is expected early Monday morning in Delaware, according to the National Weather Service.

The National Weather Service is calling for 4-8 inches of snow throughout the Delmarva Peninsula. Accumulation is forecast to be lower in Northern Delaware and along the coast.

New Castle County is expected to receive 1-3 inches of snow.

A winter weather advisory will be in effect for New Castle County from 4 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday. Kent and Sussex counties will be under a winter storm warning from 4 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday.
