The Wilmington Grand Prix – with its main races downtown Saturday – returned from a two-year COVID-19 hiatus Friday and the Monkey Hill time trial in Brandywine Park. It also happened to be Friday the 13th – and some fans embraced the ‘Jason’ theme.
