UPDATE: All lanes are open and the scene is clear.
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A crash on Interstate 95 South in the city of Richmond closed a lane, causing delays for drivers in the area.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), around 1:03 p.m. on March 10, the southbound right lane of I-95 just east of Chamberlayne Avenue was closed as crews responded to the scene of the crash.
This crash, in addition to construction in the nearby area, created backups.
