PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) — The Petersburg Bureau of Police is responding to a report of shots fired in the area of Oakdale Avenue.
Police say a man was found in the area with a gun and was taken into custody. The man was identified as 38-year-old Anthony Y. Jones, he was charged with brandishing a firearm and reckless handling of a firearm.
