3 people dead after shootings in Bucks County, Pennsylvania; suspect at large

Following a series of tragic events in Falls Township, Pennsylvania, a man has taken several hostages in Trenton, New Jersey, local officials report.

The suspect, identified as 26-year-old Andre Gordon, was reported by Falls Township Police to have fatally shot two individuals at a Levittown residence before proceeding to Edgewood Lane, where another individual was fatally shot.

Subsequently, Gordon allegedly carjacked a driver at gunpoint in the parking lot of a Dollar General in Morrisville. The driver escaped unharmed.

Authorities suspect Gordon, believed to be homeless with connections to Trenton, New Jersey, of knowing all the victims except the carjacking victim.

Described as armed and dangerous, Gordon stands approximately 6’1″ with a thin build, last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt. Police believe he may possess additional weapons, including an assault rifle used in the crimes.

Trenton Police are coordinating with the FBI and New Jersey State Police regarding a related carjacking investigation.

As the suspect has moved to Trenton, Falls Township will lift its shelter-in-place order. However, nearby Middletown Township Police advise residents to take precautions and avoid traveling to Falls Township until further notice.

Pennsylvania State Police are also assisting in the investigation.

Governor Josh Shapiro urges locals to shelter in place and heed law enforcement’s directives as the situation unfolds.
