As many Eagles fans in Delaware flock to Philadelphia for the big game Sunday, the city has announced road closures, parking restrictions and other details ahead of Super Bowl LVII.
Here’s what you need to know before the Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs face off Sunday at 6:30 p.m.
Parking restrictions
Starting at noon Sunday, “No Parking Zone” signs will go into effect along South Broad Street and City Hall. Vehicles parked in those zones will be relocated, the city said in a statement.
Road Closures
Temporary closures will be in effect around City Hall and on nearby roads between 11th and 20th streets, from Spring Garden to Locust streets. The 676 ramp at Broad Street will also be closed, according to city officials.

Public transit detours
After the Super Bowl ends, some SEPTA routes may be put into place and the city advises public transportation users to follow SEPTA’s System Status page for updates.
Additional protocols
For public safety reasons, barricades have been placed at key locations and the city has not specified if light poles will be greased ahead of the game, according to the city’s statement.
