RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Drivers in the Richmond area saw delays on Interstate 95 South Monday morning due to a water line break.
According to a spokesperson for the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), the right lane at the 1st Street bridge was closed throughout the morning for repairs.
All lanes were later reopened.
