Are you ready for liftoff? 

Northrop Grumman will launch its 17th resupply mission for the International Space Station on Saturday at or after 12:39 p.m. from the Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia. 

The Antares rocket will carry various supplies as well as equipment for carrying out scientific experiments. 

Live coverage of the mission countdown is scheduled to begin at approximately 7:30 a.m., which you can watch right here. This story will be updated when the video is live.

How to watch the rocket launch in person

Places where you may be able to watch NASA's Antares rocket launch Aug. 10. 2021 from Wallops Flight Facility on Wallops Island.

The rocket launch could be visible from as far away as eastern Pennsylvania, New York, northern New Jersey, West Virginia and North Carolina. Partly cloudy skies are forecasted for much of the East Coast and could limit visibility.

The launch can easily be viewed from several beaches in Virginia, Maryland and Delaware.
