RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A vehicle crash on Interstate 95 is causing significant delays for drivers in Richmond.
The crash was first reported by VDOT shortly after 7 a.m. on Tuesday, March 7, and is located on I-95 North near the I-195 North exit.
The north center lane, right lane and right shoulder have all been closed. VDOT also reported that there was initially a 2-mile-long backup, but around 7:45 a.m. it was reported that it had become a 5-mile backup.
