CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Units responded to a house fire in the Winterpock area of Chesterfield County which caused damage to the home but no injuries.
According to Chesterfield County Fire and EMS, units responded to a home on the 11700 block of Riverpark Drive at around 7:29 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6 for a report of a house fire. Crews arrived and found heavy smoke coming from the house’s second floor.
The crews were able to get the fire under control less than an hour after arriving. No one was injured in the fire, but one adult and two kids were displaced and are being assisted by neighbors.
The cause of this fire is still under investigation.
