HANOVER, Va. (WRIC) – A tractor-trailer crash on Interstate-95 has closed the southbound right lane and shoulder near Lewistown Road.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the southbound right lane and shoulder at mile marker 89 in Hanover County are closed due to the crash.
