So far 2022 has offered holidays that feel a little more normal than they have in the past two years. Not only are patrons excited to get back to some form of normalcy and enjoy eating out again, but restaurant owners and staff are thrilled to welcome them back.
“Writing and executing menus are one of my passions, so I am excited to see what the summer brings, and look forward to returning guests,” said Josh Keating, executive chef at 1937 Brewing Co.
“Obviously, many have dealt with the past few years differently, and I believe we will see that reflected in guest behavior. It is our job to make each person feel comfortable and deliver an excellent dining experience,” says Keating.
Along with warmer weather, Mother’s Day also means some delicious spring ingredients people have missed since last year.
“Being a New Jersey native, I long for the return of white corn and beefsteak tomatoes!
We try to incorporate as many local ingredients as we can in our offerings,” says Keating.
What could be better for Mother’s Day than fresh seasonal dishes with locally grown
ingredients?
