Andy Beshear said Knott County high school student Aaron Crawford tragically died days after he heroically helped in recovery efforts following the flooding.”This is another tragic loss for Eastern Kentucky. Days later, he started not feeling right, and his arms felt numb. Things got progressively worse and Crawford was airlifted to UK after he had stopped breathing. Days later, Crawford was pronounced dead.His body was brought home with a law enforcement procession, put on by the Perry County Sheriff. Aaron’s last words were, “I love you, Mom.” It’s something she says he said a lot.
