Richmond residents can voice concerns about mail delays, USPS issues at upcoming town hall

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Richmond Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office has announced an upcoming Town Hall on mail-related issues within the City.

The Town Hall will allow residents to speak on their concerns with mail delivery, mail theft and “the persistent lack of communication or response from United States Postal Service officials,” according to the Attorney’s Office.

“Residents will receive information to help them continue to press USPS for change and improvement,” the office said.

This free and open forum will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 21 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Virginia Commonwealth University’s James Branch Cabell Library, located at 901 Park Ave. The event will take place in Room 303 of the library.
