RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Irish Festival kicked off its two-day event in Richmond’s Church Hill neighborhood Saturday in an event full of people, crafts, food and drinks, as well as the color green.
The first day of the Irish Festival began on Saturday, March 16 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the corner of 25th Street and East Broad Street.
