PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) – Petersburg police are investigating a shooting in the city and are asking people to avoid the area.
Officers are in the 1000 block of King Avenue for the shooting, police said in a social media post. There is a heavy police presence in the area, and people have been asked to avoid the area as authorities investigate.
