PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) — The Petersburg Bureau of Police is investigating an armed robbery that occurred Thursday morning.
According to police, the robbery occurred at a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in the 3300 block of South Crater Road around 8:30 a.m. on Feb. 8.
The suspect is described by police as a Black male wearing blue jeans, a gray hoodie and carrying a black backpack.
“The subject was armed at the time of the incident and was last seen heading south on Crater Road,” a police spokesperson said.
