I THOUGHT THEY’RE FACEBOOK POST AND WE’RE DRIVING THROUGH TOWN. SO WE THOUGHT MIGHT AS WELL HELP OUR LOCAL BUSINESS OUT THE ENTIRE SHOP RUN BY ONE SMALL FAMILY. They pleaded for customers to save them.”We’ve had a really rough month. Since summer started, since school’s been out, it’s been really hard,” said Katlyn Swaffer, co-owner of Just Baked.Within hours, after just a few shares, their community came through. There was a line out the door and new customers who had never heard of the place.”I saw their Facebook post and we’re driving through town, so I thought we might as well help our local business out,” said Natalie Hensley, a customer.The entire shop is run by one small family.”My mom and I own this restaurant together, our husbands both work here,” Swaffer said.With large cake slices, customers said they’re getting the best bang for their buck.”When I saw her cut the first one, I was like that’s going to be delicious, but it’s going to be worth your money,” Hensley said.The co-owner of the store said they’re grateful for the response, but there is one other thing they need to keep their shop open.”Just more business.
