Of course, the answer is as varied as the toppings a decent pizza joint will offer its loyal fans.
What adds up to a pizza worth hyping is a great debate, some of us want brick- or wood-fired oven crusts, while others call that “burned,” and some of us think it’s not pizza without red sauce while others are all about creativity and exotic alternatives.
