HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Drivers experienced delays on Interstate 95 North near Arthur Ashe Boulevard during the afternoon on Saturday, according to VDOT.
At around 12:38 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 28, a spokesperson said there were three miles of backups, which have since cleared.
Drivers were asked to seek alternate routes.
