HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A multi-vehicle crash is causing significant delays for drivers on Interstate 95 in the city of Richmond.
The “numerous crash” was first reported by VDOT shortly before 7 a.m. and is located on I-95 South near the Franklin Street exit.
According to VDOT, the south left shoulder, left lane, right lane, and right shoulder are closed.
