A 32-year-old motorcyclist was killed when he crashed his bike Tuesday near Dover.
The man, from the Camden-Wyoming area, has not been identified pending family notification.
The crash occurred about 3:15 p.m. as the motorcyclist was driving a 2004 Yamaha R6L west on Sorghum Mill Road, said Senior Cpl. Leonard DeMalto, a state police spokesman.

As the motorcyclist approached the intersection at Carolina Avenue, DeMalto said the motorcycle veered into the opposing lanes, exiting the roadway and striking a series of pine trees before stopping.
It’s unknown what caused the motorcycle to veer off the roadway.
The motorcyclist, who was wearing a helmet at the time of the collision, was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
