The rosters for the 67th DFRC Blue-Gold All-Star football game have been released.
The game will feature 72 of Delaware’s top seniors playing their final high school game at 7 p.m. June 16 at Delaware Stadium.
The event also showcases the hand-in-hand buddies – children and young adults with intellectual disabilities who develop friendships with the players, cheerleaders, band members and school ambassadors involved in the game.
Proceeds from the annual game benefit the Delaware Foundation Reaching Citizens with intellectual disabilities.
Jody Russell of Newark will serve as head coach of the Blue team, which features players from northern Delaware. He will be assisted by Jordan Biscoe, Darren Brodie and Tyran Rice from Newark, Dan Ritter from Howard and Chet Walters from Conrad.
