HOPEWELL, Va. (WRIC) – Two people are dead after a shooting in Hopewell Friday night.
Police responded to a shots fired call near Elm Street and Arlington Road around 10:30 p.m.
Both victims, 18-year-old Jasir Culver and a 14-year-old were pronounced dead at the scene.
