RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A man is dead after police say he was shot on Whitcomb Street in Richmond’s East End Friday evening.
According to the Richmond Police Department, officers responded to the 2500 block of Whitcomb Street for a report of a person shot.
When they got there, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound on the sidewalk. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
