HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A man is fighting for his life after being shot in the face in Henrico County early Saturday morning.
According to the Henrico County Police Division, officers responded to the 4900 block of East Caryhurst Road near Laburnum Avenue around 4:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 22.
Once at the scene, officers found an unidentified adult man who had been shot in the face.
He was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. According to police, an adult man was detained in connection to the shooting. Police are not looking for any other suspects.
