A 68-year-old man was taken to the hospital with “life-threatening injuries” Thursday morning after crashing into a gas station parking lot near Concord Mall, according to Delaware State Police.
The man was driving a Toyota Camry northbound on Concord Pike at 5:37 a.m., state police said. He “lost control” at the intersection of Naamans Road, according to police, and flipped over into the Exxon parking lot northwest of the intersection. He was trapped in his car and had to be pulled out by first responders.
