RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A man is dead after police say he was found shot in Whitcomb Court in Richmond’s East End.
According to the Richmond Police Department, officers responded to the 2300 block of Ambrose Street at around 8:02 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 5 for a report of a person shot. When they got there, they found a man with an apparent gunshot wound.
The man was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and was later pronounced dead. The victim has not been identified by police.
