Iron Hill Brewery is making it much easier to get a taste of their award-winning Pilsner.
King’s Gold is an American Pilsner with 5% ABV (alcohol by volume) that offers guests a smooth, malt flavor and a robust hop taste.
The beer, which won a gold medal in the American Pilsner category at the 2021 Great American Beer Festival, is available in 12-ounce six-packs at retail locations throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
All Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant and TapHouse locations also offer the new Pilsner on draft and in cans.

“Winning the American Pilsner category, out of 130 entries, representing Iron Hill is a huge honor and a dream come true,” brewer Peter Corbett said in a statement. “Canning our most recent award-winning beer to share with a wider audience only makes it more special.”

Iron Hill Brewery was founded in Newark, Delaware in 1996 by Kevin Finn, Mark Edelson and Kevin Davies.
The restaurant and craft brewery has 20 locations in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Georgia; and a large, full-scale production brewery and Iron Hill Brewery TapHouse fast-casual concept in Exton, Pennsylvania.
Guests can spot King’s Gold by looking for distinctive artwork featuring a bejeweled crowned lion with a flowing golden mane.

Along with the new beer, Iron Hill’s Girl Scout Cookies and Beer pairing weekend is back.
On Friday and Saturday, Feb. 18 and 19, guests can enjoy carefully crafted pairings of favorite Girl Scout cookies and their award-winning beer at the Iron Hill Brewery TapHouse or at home.
The brewery suggests that beer and cookie lovers pair the Russian Imperial with Thin Mints, the Hipster IPA with original tangy Lemonades or the Kryptonite IPA with the Trefoils.
For $25, at-home tasting includes a mixed four-pack of classic Iron hill beers, tasting cups, cookies for two and a link to brewer-guided pairing videos to follow along.
In-person tastings include a flight of seven beers and seven cookies for $22.
King of the Hill rewards members receive an extra beer and cookie. Boxes of Girl Scout cookies also will be available to purchase from local Girl Scout Troops at each location.

“Girl Scout Cookie weekend is something we look forward to doing every year. This is our fourth year doing this promotion,” CEO Chris Westcott shared in a statement.
“Every year, our staff wants to make this a new experience for our loyal fans. There is so much thought put into curating these tastings that really get the flavor profiles of our beers to match up with the sweet notes of the cookies you know and love.”
