RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Irish Festival will bring festivities, crafts and food to Richmond’s Church Hill neighborhood over the weekend.
The festival will be held at the corner of 25th Street and East Broad Street from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both Saturday, March 16 and Sunday, March 17.
Guests will enjoy entertainment, including live bands, children’s games, face painting and Irish-themed crafts.
Attendees can also peruse Irish vendors and enjoy Irish food.
Organizers said a $5 donation will be collected at the gate, which supports a variety of churches and organizations.
There is free parking with a shuttle at 17th & E. Broad Street, with drop-off at the intersection of 24th Street and East Broad Street. The shuttle runs all day both Saturday and Sunday.
Pets are not allowed at the event, according to organizers.
