RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A multi-vehicle crash has closed all southbound lanes of Interstate 95 in downtown Richmond.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the crash took place at mile marker 76.1, just after the Chamberlayne Avenue interchange. All southbound lanes are currently closed and traffic is currently backed up past North Lombardy Street.
