RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A multi-vehicle crash is causing delays on Interstate 95 South in Richmond, according to VDOT.
The south left shoulder, left lane and center lane were closed near Ruffin Road at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 26.
Traffic backups are about 3 miles.
