HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A crash on Interstate 95 that closed southbound and northbound lanes Thursday near the Lewistown Road exit in Hanover County is still causing delays.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, a three-mile backup remains on I-95 after the crash at mile marker 90.6.
