The Element hit the bicyclist, sending him into the right northbound lane of Route 13, according to state police. The cyclist was then hit a second time by a 2017 Ford F-250 driven by a 65-year-old man from Dover heading north in the same lane and dragged “a short distance” on the road.
The bicyclist was pronounced dead on the scene. Neither driver was injured.
