New Castle County will have a high of 65 degrees today and a low of 59 degrees. There is a slight chance of rain after 2 p.m.
Once those showers clear out, a 70% chance of rain is expected to creep in around 8 p.m. with the possibility of a thunderstorm after 11 p.m. These conditions will last into Tuesday morning.
Kent County is starting the day partly cloudy before transitioning into slight showers this afternoon. The high of the day is 68 degrees, with a low of 58 degrees.
Tonight, Kent County should expect a 70% chance of rain with the chance of thunderstorms around 10 p.m., continuing into Tuesday morning.
Sussex County will see a high of 69 degrees and a low of 58 degrees. Daytime conditions will remain partly sunny while the possibility of rain increases to 80% around midnight and holds steady into Tuesday morning. Delaware beaches will be similarly affected by today’s forecast.

While most neighborhoods trick or treat between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., it should remain relatively dry tonight. Having an umbrella and a raincoat on hand might be a good idea.
