Carney’s press conference comes one day after he announced he was ending the state’s mask mandate.
COVID-19 cases continue to plummet in Delaware, a USA TODAY Network analysis of Johns Hopkins University data shows.
The state reported 3,554 new cases in the week ending Sunday. That’s down 52.4% from the previous week’s tally of 7,459 new cases and down 71.8% from the 12,585 cases reported two weeks ago.
