Former Delaware nursing director faked drug test records

A former state representative and high-ranking public health official was in court Tuesday for a criminal trial after she was charged with falsifying test records of state employees under her supervision.

Rebecca Walker, former deputy director of the Delaware Division of Forensic Science, was indicted on three misdemeanor charges in April 2021 for reportedly fabricating employees’ records, claiming they passed drug and alcohol tests they never actually received, according to charging documents.
