Ciara & Dru Hill mashup on TikTok
Dru Hill is a multiplatinum album-selling group from Baltimore that made a lot of noise in the ’90s and early 2000s.
This included scorchers like “I Love You,” “Beauty” and “In My Bed.”
For years, a mashup has been floating around on YouTube of singer Ciara’s song “Body Part” with Dru Hill’s throwback “In My Bed.”
Last summer, DJ Short posted a different version of the mashup on TikTok in what appears to be his remixed version. The clip is only 29 seconds.
Since then, the song has been popping up in different TikTok videos and on other social platforms. People are begging DJ Short for the song.
“Sir make a mixtape on iTunes so I can jam to these?” one TikToker asked DJ Short. “workin on a mixtape,” he replied.
“WE NEED THIS AS A FULL VERSION MY G,” another person screamed. “You be snapping,” a supporter added.
Dru Hill original members

Dru Hill’s current roster is nearly twice the size of the original group. All but one of the original members is on this anniversary tour.
Original members of Dru Hill are Sisqó, Woody, Jazz and Nokio.
Woody initially left the group years ago to pursue a gospel career. The current roster includes everyone minus Woody, along with newer members Tao, Smoke, Black and Scola.
Who is 112?
Not many R&B artists can say they collaborated with rapper The Notorious B.I.G., but 112 can. Both parties teamed up on “Only You” and “Sky’s the Limit.”
Biggie and 112 were label mates on Bad Boy Records, years before label owner Diddy decided to make comical Uber Eats commercials for the Super Bowl.
Next is meme famous: ‘Why You Always Lying’
The R&B group Next didn’t reach multiplatinum-selling status by accident. But despite having that on their resume, lately they’ve been famous for becoming a meme.
Their mega single “Too Close” inspired a legendary meme in 2015 created by Vine star Nick Fraser.
Fraser is the guy behind the “Why You Always Lying” meme, in which he sang over Next’s late-’90s single “Too Close.” Fraser’s video has over 33 million YouTube views.
Fans would lose it if Next does a cover of “Why You Always Lying” at the Bob.
