RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Drivers can expect delays on Interstate 95 due to a disabled vehicle Saturday night.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), a disabled vehicle has caused the closure of the left shoulder and left lane on Interstate 95 at mile marker 70.8 in Richmond, as of 8:56 p.m.
Drivers should take alternate routes.
