CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A disabled tractor-trailer on Interstate 95 South is causing a backup in Chesterfield.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the tractor-trailer is located at mile marker 64.5, just north of the Route 288 interchange. The southbound right lane and right shoulder are both currently closed.
