Congratulations to Daniel Sinclair of William Penn wrestling, the Delaware Online Athlete of the Week for Week 10 of the winter season. The junior won all four matches in dual meets against Appoquinimink, Salesianum, Sussex Central and Cape Henlopen and is ranked No. 1 statewide at 138 pounds.
