Congratulations to Rylee Waslyn of Concord girls swimming, the Delaware Online Athlete of the Week for Week 11 of the winter season. The senior set a meet record in the 200 IM (2:06.95) and also won the 100 butterfly (57.18) at the Blue Hen Conference Swimming Championships.
