Visit www.delottery.com/PowerballNewYearMillionaire and fill out the registration form, which opened on June 26, before midnight on July 16.
You must be a Delaware resident and at least 18 years old to enter.
Only electronic entry forms on the Delaware Lottery website will be accepted. All information on the entry form must be complete to enter.
If an entry does not meet all the qualifications, it will be automatically disqualified without notification. More rules can be found on the application found.
How does the selection process work?
First, Delaware will announce 10 residents as semifinalists, and they will be awarded $500 in cash and spinner luggage. This drawing will take place on July 24.
The 10 semifinalists will be posted on the Delaware Lottery website after each applicant is notified using the phone number on their entry form.
If you are one of the 10 semifinalists, you must pick up your prizes in person from the Delaware Lottery Office in Dover by Aug. 11 at 4 p.m. If you fail to do so, an alternate winner will be selected.
From there, five national finalists will be selected at random and they will receive a four-day, three-night VIP trip to New York City for two and a chance to win $1,000,000 during Dick Clarks’ “New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.”
