The remaining two suspects in a series of attempted carjackings across northern New Castle County on Friday have been arrested, Delaware State Police announced on Tuesday.
Three of the group of four Delaware men have been charged with multiple felonies, and one man has not yet been extradited from Maryland to Delaware. When he returns, police said, they plan to charge him with the kidnapping and sexual assault of a woman whose car he stole.

The three men who have been charged are incarcerated, and the man awaiting extradition — who state police said was caught with the combined efforts of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, U.S. Marshals and Maryland State Police — remains in police custody out of state.
Police advised that anyone concerned for their safety after a crash should stay in their car with the doors locked and windows rolled up until police arrive.
