The nation’s eyes will be on University of Delaware basketball teams today as the men’s and women’s teams play back-to-back in their NCAA tournaments.
Delaware viewers won’t want to miss the action and they don’t have to.
President Joe Biden, a UD grad who picked both Blue Hens teams to beat astronomical odds and go all the way on his brackets, will be paying attention.
The Blue Hens and Villanova tip-off at 2:45 p.m. from PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh in the first-round of the men’s tournament. That game airs in CBS-TV and can also be viewed on CBSsports.com.
The UD women follow at 5 p.m. against Maryland on the Terps’ Xfinity Center court in College Park, Maryland. It is airing on ESPNU, which can also be accessed via ESPN.com.

Each game can also be heard on the radio, with Blue Hens Radio’s WDSD 94.7-FM and the Westwood One network carrying Delaware-Villanova and Fox Sports 1290 and WDOV 1490 on the AM dial airing Delaware-Maryland.
For those interested in more public gatherings, the University of Delaware is holding watch parties for each game with free food and giveaways at Klondike Kate’s on Main Street in Newark and for students at the Perkins Student Center on Academy Street.
